Almu guided us with our 3 children, ages 14, 12 and 9 through the Prado Museum in Madrid. Beginning with our arrangements from Los Angeles, Almu was pleasure to work with. Working with her was like having a personal connection in a foreign country!
Once in Madrid, Almu was in touch with us and confirmed our meeting. At the museum, she had already taken care of all of our tickets, including entrance tickets to a special exhibition. Based on her specific and personalized questionnaire, Almu planned a fabulous tour through the Prado where my children and my husband and I learned in a totally hands on way. Although it is a large museum that could be overwhelming and boring, Almu made it fun and interesting - a total highlight of our trip to Spain. Things she taught us came up again and again as we toured the country.
I would highly recommend Almu and all of her tours to my friends and acquaintances traveling to Madrid.
On top of her knowledge and expertise, Almu is absolutely lovely and personable!
